Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We do not offer refunds on any shipping charges.

When USPS priority shipping is selected, it does not mean your order gets to you in 2 or 3 days, it is merely the name USPS gives to that method of shipping. We have no control over how they name their services. When your order ships out, it will be shipped with the method you chose and you will receive tracking information via email. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days however this may be longer if you ordered pre-order items, or an item you ordered is out of stock. We do not provide expected transit times due to the fact that we have no control over how long a carrier takes to move a package from our facility to your doorstep. If you have not received your order, please reach out to us through the contact page and we will do our best to help you out right away. 

We ship to the following countries - Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. Current shipping restrictions may prevent shipping to these countries please check with your local carriers to find out if they are accepting shipments from the U.S.

NON-US BASED CUSTOMERS

All non-US customers are responsible for and agree to pay all import taxes and duties, which may be collected upon the delivery of your package.

Free Shipping applies to Domestic orders only.  We are not responsible for damaged or lost items. Once a package leaves the shop, we are no longer responsible for it. If your item is received damaged or lost you will need to contact the postal service or carrier.
