The Backdraft Exhaust for the Honda Shadow VT750 Phantom, Spirit and AERO are an unrestricted exhaust pipe design that allows you to get the most out of your Honda Shadows performance! Click here for VT600 exhaust.
As shown in the pictures, this exhaust is cerakoted in a satin black finish and fits the Honda Shadow VT750 models with the plastic engine covers with the exhaust cutaway on the bottom. The pipes are designed to sit closer to the bike to keep your leg away from the pipes when riding. Some riders may find that the rear pipe sits too close to the side cover, we recommend trimming the side cover back using a dremel tool.
Each set includes hardware.
Does not include exhaust gaskets.
Does not include brass tips.
*WILL FIT-
*WILL NOT FIT-
If your bike has the plastic right side engine cover like the bike in this video, THESE WILL FIT YOUR BIKE.
SPECS:
NOTE: When installing your exhaust , the boss and collar will not sit flush with the exhaust port, there WILL be a gap. Do not overtighten the exhaust nuts as this can lead to undesirable results.
All pipes are handmade and will have minor differences from set to set, being the nature of custom handmade parts. You may see some plating differences and weld differences, but all pipes have been inspected to make sure they will have a long life on your bike. Color change is normal, even when plated as they are single wall exhaust.
It is up to you to know your local laws and regulations. We cannot advise you on what is legal. These are open pipes and they are not quiet. Wrapping the pipes will void the warranty.
After installing the Exhaust the bike sounds and feels completely new. Loud and super slick, opening up the swing arm for a really nice look. Way nicer than the stock pipes. And way LIGHTER
can’t believe it took this long to do, you won’t regret being heard and safe
I’ll put a before and after.
AWESOME JOB TO THE CREW AT TJ’s
First of all, I am not mechanically inclined AT ALL.
But exhaust seemed like something I could probably handle.
It took longer getting the old exhaust off than it did to install these. Gorgeous pipes and crazy loud. GF could hear me two blocks away.
10/10
You want loud you definitely get it with these pipes. The bike is now named the Neighbor Hater. They are bad ass pipes.
Sounds extremely loud, but doesn’t have a drone to it while moving a constant speed. Love how they look and took ten minutes to install.
Aboslutely in love with the look and quality of these pipes. Personally was looking for the loudest i could get and these did not disapoint so if you have noise ordinances in your town or neighbor be mindful. My only gripe is how crazy hot they get, even after a short ride stopping at a traffic light is long enough to start feeling it through your pants
