The Backdraft Exhaust for the Honda Shadow VT600s aka VLX600
(Click here for VT750, Spirit, Ace, and Aero.) are a killer exhaust pipe design that is unrestricted and allows you to get the most out of your Honda Shadow's performance!  Or if you don't own a leaf blower, these will do the job in a pinch!  Not only will they direct the exhaust gasses from your road ripping hell-machine into the black-as-sin asphalt, they look darn fine doing it!

Fits all years of Honda Shadow VT600, VLX, and Steed.
DOES NOT FIT ANY OTHER MODELS.

    SPECS:

    • 16ga steel tubing
    • TIG-welded construction
    • TJ Brutal Customs DOM exhaust bosses
    • 3/8" thick steel collars
    • Does NOT include exhaust gaskets

NOTE: Due to the fact that our custom exhaust is made by hand the grind marks and finish texture may vary from set to set.

NOTE: When installing your exhaust , the boss and collar will not sit flush with the exhaust port, there WILL be a gap. Do not overtighten the exhaust nuts as this can lead to undesirable results.

You will need exhaust gaskets when installing new exhaust on your Shadow bobber! You can get them HERE

You will have to tune your bike once these have been installed! Be sure to pick up one of our Performance Tuning Kits - Single Carb, or Dual Carb! Otherwise, your bike will not run properly and you run the risk of doing serious damage to your motor by running too rich or lean. Get that performance tuning kit PRONTO!

Do not wrap these pipes,  doing so will void the warranty as well as increase the chances of corrosion and failure. Please refer to the Support page for an explanation as to why we do not wrap pipes. All pipes are handmade and will have minor differences from set to set, being the nature of handmade, custom parts, you may see some plating differences, weld differences, but all pipes have been checked to make sure that with proper care, they will have a long life on your bike.  The color change is normal on all pipes even when plated as they are single-wall exhaust. If not cared for properly rust and corrosion can even occur on plated pipes. Raw steel pipes WILL rust unless you plate or coat them.

It is up to you to know your local laws and regulations. These are open pipes and they are not quiet. These pipes are for closed course use only.

Due to the hand made nature of these exhaust, they will only be available in very limited runs of 5-10 sets at a time. If you are interested, order now, they sell out extremely fast.

Great look and high quality exhaust

First off they look amazing and really tie the whole bike in together for the look i was going for.
Everything is high quality. The only gripe i have is the pipes are not bent perfectly even. the rear pipe sticks out a little bit further than the front. Other than that favorite part of the bike.

    RE-REVIEW

My first review had a video of the exhaust with all the stock tank (that was still full of trash) and intake junk still on it. Ran like crap if at all! This video is after I learned through TJ’s videos how it’s supposed to be. Thanks so much! I’m loving it. Not a fast bike but such a joy to ride. Turns a lot of heads too!!

    Sounds solid but

The welds near the collar make it damn near impossible to get a socket on the lower nut for the rear pipe. I love the pipes but don't have my hands on a thin wall 12mm or the right tool I guess to be able to tighten it down properly.
