These Honda Tuning Kits are for the Honda VT600/ VLX 600 and VT750(only dual carb) models using a velocity stack or open intake. If you got a velocity stack from us, you will definitely need to re-jet and tune your carb/carbs with one of these kits!
Single Carb Kit Fits:
Dual Carb Kit Fits:
Any time a change is made to exhaust or intake, a re-jet is necessary. This tuning kit is meant to work with a free flowing velocity stack intake and a free flowing exhaust system. This is intended as a Honda Shadow performance upgrade with velocity stacks and or/open exhaust and is not recommended for a stock intake setup. This kit will not work with other aftermarket intakes but it will work with most aftermarket exhaust systems that are more free flowing than stock.
Single Carb Kit Includes:
Dual Carb Kit Includes:
The screw handle is numbered so you can easily count how many turns in or out you are to make tuning a breeze!
These Jet Kits are NOT intended to work with stock intake/exhaust setups this is specifically for open intake and exhaust.
Such a good product TJ brutal custom really never fails when it comes to the aftermarket parts. It has made my carb so much easier to adjust the fuel and air mixture with this little booster performance. My ride feels so much better. P.s It is such an easy install. I’ve never worked on a carburetor before, and I got it done within an hour.
Came in a timely manner. Very nice product. Easy to install while watching his Carb Rebuild 4-Part series.
After rebuilding carb bike idles good and runs great the only issue is when taking off in first gear you have to ride the clutch until you get rolling at a good speed before you fully release the clutch. Any suggestions?
