      Description

These single carb velocity stacks will fit the Honda Shadow VLX and VT600 and Honda Shadow VT750 single carb motorcycles. They are made to fit the stock single carburetors. They may fit other models or brands however we cannot speak to the fitment.

Fits Honda Shadow VT600 and VT750 and Kawasaki Vulcan VN800:

      • Honda Shadow VT600/VLX600 1999 - 2007
      • Honda Shadow VT750 Spirit Single Carb Models VT750C2/F 2007 - 2010
      • Non-EFI Honda Aero VT750 2004-2009
      • Kawasaki Vulcan VN800 1995 - 2005

If you remove the airbox on your Honda Chop with a single carb, the carb will have a hard time creating enough negative vacuum and the air will be far too turbulent in the venturi to pull in a steady flow of fuel from the pilot and main jet, the solution to this issue? Velocity Stacks! This allows the carb throat to be lengthened enough so that the engine can maintain vacuum beyond the slide of each carb, as well as allow the air turbulence to be reduced, resulting in a much smoother delivery of air and fuel to your engine.

These WILL NOT fit any dual carb model bikes.

      Includes:

      • One Single Carb Velocity Stack
      • One Filtration Screen
      • 3 Stainless #6-32 Set Screws
      • Allen Key for Set Screws

You will need to purchase a performance jet kit with your stack to achieve the desired results. The kits you find online will not work with these! You can find the proper jet kits HERE

WITH PROPER TUNING, THESE WILL NOT HARM YOUR BIKE, NOR WILL THEY ALLOW ANYTHING HARMFUL INTO YOUR MOTOR!

Each stack comes with a screen to keep out birds, cigarette butts and small children. Each stack is attached with 3 small set screws. The screens keep out anything big enough to harm your motor, they don't even let sand through. Even if you live in a dusty area or a on a dusty road, the stacks will not allow anything harmful into your motor. They run great in all weather. Do not add any other means of filtration to the stacks.

These are NOT a PLUG-N-PLAY item. You will have to tune your bike once you install these stacks. There's lots of good info online on how to tune and my Youtube videos explain the process pretty well. Youtube channel is TJBRUTALCUSTOMS

We recommend using a locking agent such as loc-tite to secure the set screws

These will not fit your dual carb model bike.

Due to the nature of solid brass, it will oxidize or take on a patina over time, you can either polish them or run a maroon handpad over them to remove oxidation which will leave a brushed finish.

      Awesome product!!!

Guys, what an AWESOME product, from an even more awesome company. Great machining, easy to install and a hell of an upgrade to any poochy bike. I've also done the pipes and went through the carbs, cleaned em and jetted to fit the Stacks and straight pipe configuration. Intakes, jets and pipes, and it feels like I have gained 20-30 hp, from the sluggish factory setup that was here, when I bought this 750 ACE. It's currently going through some transformations, like hardtail conversation, lowered seat height, tank, fender and some work to the front end, which hasn't been FULLY set in stone yet. Will show you where it's at, but it MID-project.

      A must have

After deleting my air box and stock filter I went with a simple bolt on filter that stuck too far out on my single carb VT600. I kept dislodging the filter and my carb but with the velocity stack the bike looks good and with a slimmer profile it doesn’t hit my leg.

      New Velocity Stack

Newer motorcycle owner here (started riding this year). That being said I just found out velocity stacks existed. Ordered one and it arrived in about 3 days. Easy install and thanks to all of the videos made by TJ Brutal. Changed the look of my bike and I could not be happier about it. The knowledge you give through your videos does not fall on deaf ears for new riders and I greatly appreciate the information.

The Brass stack looks awesome! It's heavy duty with a perfect fit. Also came with extra set screws. Zero complaints for the 1st piece of my build.

      Velocity stack

Was very happy with how much more performance I got with the velocity stack as well as how much it cleans the bike up deleting that big ugly air box! And it sounds pretty cool too
