The TJ Brutal Customs MAX Performance Kit for Honda VTX1300 combines a bolt-on exhaust set, single-carb velocity stack, and complete performance carb rebuild kit to help you get the most out of your carbureted V-twin. Built for the Honda VTX1300R, VTX1300S, and VTX1300C, this package brings your intake, exhaust, and fueling upgrades together.

VTX1300 BOLT-ON EXHAUST

Our Honda VTX1300 exhaust features a super-rad bolt-on design that gives your build a custom look and a free-flowing exhaust system to complement your intake and carburetor upgrades.

Do not wrap these pipes. Exhaust wrap voids the warranty and increases the chances of corrosion and failure.

VTX1300 SINGLE-CARB VELOCITY STACK

Ditch the bulky intake and give your carbureted VTX1300 a cleaner look. The velocity stack extends the carburetor’s inlet tract to help maintain the vacuum signal and reduce incoming air turbulence, supporting more consistent delivery of the air-fuel mixture when properly tuned.

Each velocity stack includes:

• One velocity stack in your selected finish
• One mounting baseplate
• One filtration screen
• Three set screws to secure the stack to the baseplate

VTX1300 PERFORMANCE CARB REBUILD KIT & TUNING

Installing our velocity stack, exhaust, or both? You will need to re-jet and tune your Honda VTX1300 carburetor. Bolting on the parts is only part of the job—your fueling needs to match the changes in airflow.

The included performance carb rebuild kit is intended for a free-flowing velocity stack intake and/or free-flowing exhaust setup. It is not recommended for a stock intake and exhaust configuration.

There’s no magic jetting combination for every bike. Your setup, elevation, and riding conditions affect the adjustments required, so dialing it in may mean removing and reinstalling the carburetor more than once. Patience helps. So does a little lube on those intake boots. Nobody likes chafing!

Note: Not every carburetor requires the vacuum plugs. Yours may not have the nipples that need plugging.

FREE VTX1300 EXHAUST GASKETS

New pipes deserve fresh gaskets. Replace your Honda VTX1300 exhaust gaskets when changing the exhaust to help prevent leaks and ensure the pipes seat correctly.

Old gaskets can flatten into the exhaust ports and become difficult to spot. Use a pick to carefully catch the edge and remove them before installing the replacements. No sealant or lubricant is needed for gasket installation.

Gasket colors may vary from the photos; size and application remain correct.
